Practicing as a litigator and corporate counsel since 2009, Mr. Halepota has acted for a diverse spectrum of institutional and individual clients. With a focus on civil, criminal, constitutional, company and inheritance laws, his broad range of experience includes: judicial review of taxation and customs activities; property disputes; specific performance of contracts; murder and narcotics cases; matters of anti-trust, insider trading and corporate fraud; defamation claims; labour, employment and services issues; ITNE litigation; PEMRA appeals; banking recoveries; liquidation and winding-up proceedings; inter-creditor and investment arrangements; establishment and operation of trusts; enforcement of arbitration agreements and arbitral awards; public procurement; divorce, maintenance and custody matters; and cross-border succession.

Mr. Halepota holds an LLB (Hons.) from the University of Buckingham and was called to the Bar of England and Wales at Lincoln’s Inn after attaining his Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Skills from The City Law School, London.
